Help our Veterans.
The mission of the Honor Flight Network is to fly America’s veterans to Washington, D.C., so that they may visit the memorials built and dedicated to honor their sacrifices in past wars. This service is provided at no cost to the veteran and is funded entirely by private and corporate donations.
Many of our veterans are physically or financially unable to make a trip like this. Many veterans are without the friends or family members willing and able to accompany them on a trip to Washington, D.C.
The Honor Flight Network exists for the sole purpose of providing the opportunity to visit these memorials, at no cost to the veteran. Transportation to Washington, D.C., deluxe tour bus service, all meals and lodging, snacks, t-shirts and other amenities are provided free to the veterans.
We also provide trained, volunteer guardians who accompany the veterans for the entire trip. Perhaps the most valuable thing that we provide the veteran is the companionship of other veterans, new friends with similar experiences and a true understanding and appreciation for the missions accomplished.
The Honor Flight Network has safely transported thousands of veterans from all across the United States. Priority is given to survivors of World War II and to veterans with a terminal illness, followed by those from the Korean and Vietnam Wars.
